Mission Hills Pulls Together For Injured Player
The Mission Hills High School football team, it's fans and everyone in the school district have been doing a lot of praying and bonding since Friday's game against West Hills when linebacker Scott Eveland was taken from the field to a local hospital where he underwent brain surgery.
Details on Eveland's injury haven't been released, but it is know that the 5-11, 190 lindebacker, who is in a coma, was unconscious when he arrived at Palomar Medical Center in Escondido.
